Based in what was formerly the Boiler House in Shaw Lodge Mills, Creative International Adventures began operating in April 2009 and has introduced hundreds of people to the excitement of adventure sports and delivered some fantastic and worthwhile teambuilding activities to individuals, groups, families and companies.

Our instructors have wide and varied experience of outdoor education and youth work stretching over several decades. We employ experienced, fully qualified and certified instructors, and hold a comprehensive insurance policy in order to make our activities safe and enjoyable. We are also a licensed and approved activity provider with the Adventure Activities Licensing Authority (AALA). We provide a high quality experience for beginners taking their first step into the outdoors through to more challenging experiences both here in the UK and abroad.

We aim to give people a day that's more than they bargained for and leave them with a desire for more. From our background in outdoor education and youth work this has helped us to impart our knowledge and wisdom about the activities on offer. We aim to be as flexible as possible in order to provide the most suitable day for our clients and are fully experienced in offering activities to large groups of people.

We are currently in the process of preparing to deliver Adventure Service Challenge, ASDAN awards, First Aid, Food Hygiene and Manual Handling courses. Our in-house accreditation follows the same pattern and standards as National Governing Bodies and all accreditation in this category will include a syllabus. We are also offering relevant experience and appropriate training for pre-requisites and personal competencies to go towards instructor qualifications, and we are working alongside close colleagues to offer instructor training and assessment courses.
